How to start flying with Gulf Virtual Aviation, A simple and easy step by step to fly with us.

  • Step 1: You have to Download FSAirlines Client v2.0 which is available here, go to New Pilot > FSAirline Client.
  • Step 2: In order to make FSAirline Client work, you Should have FSUIPC, to get it go to New Pilot > FSUIPC Connector.
  • Step 3: You have to register your self in Gulf VA by select New Pilot > New Pilot Registeration from the bar menu.

  • Step 4: Fill in all the required fields.

  • Step 5: After a successful registeration you will get a welcome message from Gulf Virtual Aviation and FSAirlines system.

  • Step 6: To be sure your account is already set in our database select from the menu bar About Gulf Virtual Aviation > Roster.
  • You can find your name listed in the VA Roster but you still didn't get a Callsign and a Position in the VA.
  • You have to wait until Gulf Virtual Airline accept your regiteration form and giving you a callsign.

  • Step 7: Go to your E-mail and check a welcome message from FSAirlines to verifiy your e-mail address and FSAirlines account.

  • Step 8: Press on the showing link to verify your e-mail address.
  • You can keep this e-mail to use it later as a Username and Password reminder.

  • Step 9: Successful e-mail verification window will be opened, Close the window after reading the message.

  • Step 10: Now, Gulf Virtual Aviation accepted your registeration form and gave you a Callsign & Position in the VA.
  • You can check About Gulf VA > Roster from the bar menu.

  • Step 11: It's flying time, Let's book a flight by going to Crew Center > Flight Booking.
  • Step 12: Login to our VA database by entering your username and password.

  • Step 13: Press on Flight Booking to Book a new flight.

  • Step 14: Select your favourite flight and press on the check mark to the right of the desired flight.

  • Step 15: Select your favourite Aircraft to fly the flight with by press on the check mark to the right of the desired Aircraft.
  • Pay attention: you must select the exact aircraft that you will use in Flight Simulator, other wise the flight will not start.

  • Step 16: Successfully Booked Flight message will show, Press on Continue.

  • Step 17: Press on Flght Booking for additional information about your booked flight.

  • Step 18: Now, you can view your Flight Briefing Document, Select the PDF File format.

  • Step 19: You can check your flight details such as Pilot name, Aircraft type, Origin and Destination, Flight number, Your flight Route, and the number of passengers on board your booked flight.

  • Step 20: You can select Crew Center > Booked Flight to check all booked flight by you and the rest of the roster.

  • Step 21: Start your MS Flight Simulator 2004 or X, and select your aircraft type as selected before on booking flight and then press on FLY NOW!

  • Step 22: If your are flying with professional aircraft such as Wilco, PMDG its preffered to fuel your aircraft before starting the FSAirlines Client.
  • If you are flying a standard or default aircraft, you can manage your fuel and loads through FSAirlines Client.
  • Start FSAirlines Client and type in your usename and password and then click Login.

  • Step 23: Now you are connected to FSAirlines, you can connect to IVAO or fly by FSAirlines only.
  • Press on Flight Information.

  • Step 24: Here is all the information provided for your flight.
  • Press on Fly to start flying your booked flight.

  • Step 25: Manage your fuel. Note: You will not be able to fly with Over Weight it must be 0.

  • Step 26: Now you are OK, and ready to fly. Press on Fly! to start flying.

  • Step 27: Start your flight, and minimize FSAirlines Client or switch tab it ALT+TAB and watch out the Penalties.
  • Penalties includes: Taxing with speed more than 20Knots, Takeoff without turining on the Landing lights, keeping Landing lights on after passing 10.000 feet, Descending less than 10.000 feet without turining on the landing lights, Speed is more than 250knots below 10.000 feet.
  • If you crash your aircraft you will be grounded in the departure airport and your flight will be still booked to try your flight again.
